Just a reminder, due to the damage to the Yarmouth Town Hall meeting room caused by a burst pipe, our meeting on will be held at the Yarmouth Police Dept meeting room @ 1 Brad Erickson Way, West Yarmouth, MA
Our guest speaker will be Yarmouth Chief of Police, Frank Frederickson who will discuss the challenges we face with the opioid crisis in Yarmouth and Cape Cod. After the chief's presentation, there will be a question and answer period. This meeting is open to the public. Please feel free to bring your friends.

January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month. Join Cape Cod PATH (People Against Trafficking Humans) for a candlelight vigil to recognize the 21 million people currently enslaved in sex and labor trafficking, which exists everywhere across the globe. A kick-off rally on the anniversary of last year’s historic marches in Washington, Boston and around the country will begin at 11am on the Hyannis Village Green. Immediately after the rally, the group will march down Main Street in Hyannis. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic for the march.
All are invited. Signs are welcome. Rally space is unlimited. There are parking lots nearby. One is next to Town Hall off South Street, another is off North Street in the 300 block. Carpooling makes sense. Arriving early is advised.

We will be meeting on Sat., Jan. 20, at 9:30 a.m. at the Community Center. The agenda includes a Cape Coordinator for the Jay Gonzalez campaign for Governor. We will also discuss plans for the Feb. caucus, fundraising, and other issues.
